that is not accurately described by the category in which it is advertised;
that you are not the owner of, or in all other cases, which you do not have the rights to sell;
without true and accurate pricing of the Vehicle displayed within the listing.

We may request that you provide proof of ownership and that the Vehicle is located in the United Arab Emirates or has been cleared by customs. If you do not provide us with proof within thirty six (36) hours of our request, we may immediately remove the relevant advertisement/content without further notice and no refund will be made.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images and colors of the products that appear on our Website. We cannot guarantee that your settings or your computer’s monitor display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. We reserve the right, but are under no obligated, to limit the sales of the products or services on our Website to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. You confirm your understanding and acceptance that we are a website that acts as an intermediary for communication only between you and the seller of the Vehicle, item or Product and that we, under no circumstances accept any returns or exchanges of such Vehicle, item or Product.

You confirm your acceptance that any and all returns and exchanges are subject to the sellers terms and conditions which we under no circumstances whatsoever are liable nor responsible for. You confirm that any requests for such returns or exchanges shall be between you and the seller of the Vehicle, the item or the Products directly.

As described in the Terms, we do not guarantee the satisfaction of any Vehicles, items or Products sold on our Website, so any satisfaction concern such as if the Vehicles, items or Product appearance does not appeal to you or if you find out that such Vehicles item or Product does not function as advertised by the seller then we are not obligated to accept the return of any such Vehicles, items or Products.
